An honors graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, Richard Gunn played supporting roles for four seasons with Shakespeare Santa Cruz, a professional repertory theater company in Santa Cruz County. After graduation, Gunn moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career in film and television.
Prior to his role of Sketchy on Dark Angel, Gunn appeared in leading and supporting roles in numerous independent films and plays produced in the Los Angeles area. He garnered a leading role in the SCI FI Pictures Original movie Lost Voyage. He has since starred in the telefilm The Partners, the independent feature Reunion, and the upcoming horror-thriller Fugue.
