Camille Guaty
Born in Northern California, Guaty moved with her family to New Jersey when she was 5 years old. As a young girl, Guaty performed in community theater until she left home to attend Boston University. Although she majored in marketing and advertising, Guaty continued to act in student films and theater. After graduation, she moved to New York to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. Guaty considers her big break to be the moment she became one of the finalists in The WB's Popstars.
Since then, Guaty has appeared on The WB's What I Like About You and Raising Dad, as well as The Brothers Garcia, the award-winning series American Family and Gotta Kick It Up, the story of a teacher who inspires a group of Latino schoolgirls to reach for their full potential and become a championship dance team. She is currently starring in the feature film 30 Days Until I'm Famous, produced by Maverick Films and VH1.
When not working, Guaty enjoys singing karaoke, riding horses and playing piano and guitar, which she learned for her VH1 film.
