Carly Pope
Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Pope recently graduated from Lord Byng High School, where she gained valuable stage experience playing starring roles in Hair, The Turning Point, The Raft, The Love Talker and A Midsummer Night's Dream. As fate would have it, she was discovered by a local talent agent while starring in a female version of The Odd Couple. She soon landed a part in her first feature film, Disturbing Behavior, and a series of television movies that include A Cooler Climate with Sally Field, Cowboys and Aliens and I've Been Waiting For You. Pope will soon be seen on the big screen in the Chevy Chase movie Snow Day. She has also completed work on the television movies Our Guys with Ally Sheedy and Eric Stoltz, and Purple Haze, in which she stars opposite Jonathan Jackson as a teenage heroin addict.
As her career took off, Pope relocated to Los Angeles with her older brother Kris, who is also an actor. When not working, she enjoys reading, writing and listening to music.
