Jim Carter
With over 50 productions to his credit, Carter is very familiar to British television audiences for his wide-ranging work in dramas, series and serials. Among his most notable appearances include Jon Amiel's The Singing Detective, Mick Jackson's A Very British Coup, Stalin with Robert Duvall and A Dangerous Man with Ralph Fiennes.
Carter is perhaps most well known for his work in motion pictures. Among his more than 20 feature films to date are Top Secret, A Private Function with Maggie Smith, Haunted Honeymoon with Gene Wilder, director Nicolas Roeg's The Witches, Ken Russell's The Rainbow, as well as Black Beauty, The Madness of King George, Richard III, Brassed Off, the Academy Award®-winning Shakespeare In Love and most recently, Uli Edel's The Little Vampire.
