Andrew Divoff

No stranger to being the guy audiences love to hate, Divoff first gained attention as the murderous, teardrop-tattood Cherry Ganz in Walter Hill's action comedy sequel Another 48 Hrs, reuniting Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte. He next appeared in Stephen King's Graveyard Shift, marking his first horror film. Divoff then starred in the actioner Toy Soldiers as a Columbian terrorist named Luis Cali whose plans are thwarted by a group of determined youngsters, led by Sean Astin and Louis Gossett Jr. Divoff's portrayal was so convincing that it almost worked against him with casting directors who were convinced that he was a native South American. He followed with the role of Blackbeard the Pirate in the children's adventure film Magic Island, with Zachary Ty Brian and French Stewart.

Proving his versatility, Divoff followed with two good guy parts in Interceptor and Running Cool, before returning to the dark side in Keenan Ivory Wayan's Law Dawn Dirty Shame.

Divoff's other film credits include the recent Harrison Ford film Air Force One, as well as Deadly Voyage, Back in the USSR, and Extreme Justice.
