Gregg Daniel
A prolific television actor, Daniel currently has a recurring role on the Steven Bochco series City of Angels. He has recently guest starred on ER, Felicity, Seventh Heaven, Touched by an Angel, Party of Five, Born Free, Picket Fences, Chicago Hope, and Fired Up opposite Sharon Lawrence. He was also a series regular on Mike Hammer: Private Eye with Stacey Keach.
In addition to having worked in regional theater across the country, Daniel is well known at the Mark Taper Forum and South Coast Repertory as an active member of both the Blacksmyths and Newscripts programs. In 1988 he starred opposite Sheryl Lee Ralph in the Taper New Works Festival production Of Gods and Supergods.
An accomplished director, Daniel recently staged an all African-American production of The Importance of Being Earnest for the 24th Street Theater's inaugural season.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Daniel graduated from New York University with a B.F.A. degree in acting.
