I found my product easily at Amazon when I couldn't find it anywhere else. I ordered it and was happy to receive it in just a couple of days. Not the 2 to six weeks some places take. June 20, 2008

Who doesn't love this show with its lovable characters, exotic locations, and swashbuckling excitment! Hand drawn cartoons are almost completely extinct thanks to computer animation, so I'm glad they decided to release the Disney Afternoon lineup. I am 28 years old, but I will never forget rushing home after school to watch Talespin, Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, and Gummibears. April 7, 2008

TaleSpin was always a favorite show of mine growing up. For those of you unfamiliar with the series, it tells of adventures of pilot Baloo (the same easy-going Baloo from "The Jungle Book") and his navigator, Kit Cloudkicker; as they fly their airplane - The "Sea Duck" - for a cargo company named Higher for Hire. All the while they have to fight pesky air pirates - led by the extremely likeable and charismatic Don Karnage. And when Baloo's not having to deal with Karnage and his pirates, he's always in some kind of trouble with his boss, Rebecca Cunningham (played by Sally Struthers from "All in the Family"). Other "Jungle Book" characters appearing in the show include Louie, as the owner of Baloo's favorite nightclub, and Shere Khan, as an unpredictable corporate big wig. TaleSpin also has a 1940's comic book feel to it, seen in the clothes and buildings. This show has always been a favorite.

The reason I only gave it four stars instead of five is because I think Disney could have done much better on the DVD quality. There are absolutely no special features or commentaries on the show, and the episodes aren't divided into chapters (the entire episode is just lumped together). But if you can put up with that and you have even a moderate liking for Disney cartoons, then this is definitely the show for you! January 23, 2008
